Healthy and Delicious Chicken Wrap

Inspired by McDonald's chicken wrap


  • 2 cups sliced cooked chicken breast
  • 4 tablespoons of salsa, sweet chili, or ranch sauce (optional)
  • 2 whole grain tortillas or wraps
  • 1 cup sliced cucumber (optional)
  • 1 1/2 cup  of shredded lettuce 
  • 1/2 cup sliced or chopped red onion (optional)


Place tortilla/wrap in a damp paper towel
Heat in microwave for 10-20 seconds depending on size
Mix chicken with preferred sauce
Place chicken mix, cucumber, lettuce, and onion in tortilla 
Fold the bottom in then roll together!
