- 2 cups sliced cooked chicken breast
- 4 tablespoons of salsa, sweet chili, or ranch sauce (optional)
- 2 whole grain tortillas or wraps
- 1 cup sliced cucumber (optional)
- 1 1/2 cup of shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup sliced or chopped red onion (optional)
Place tortilla/wrap in a damp paper towel
Heat in microwave for 10-20 seconds depending on size
Mix chicken with preferred sauce
Mix chicken with preferred sauce
Place chicken mix, cucumber, lettuce, and onion in tortilla
Fold the bottom in then roll together!
