- Blender
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 2 cups low fat/ fat free chocolate milk
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. natural/ light peanut butter or almond butter
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup Spinach
- Protein powder
- chocolate chips
Directions
Blend all ingredients.

My husband loves this drink his grandmother has made it for him for years. She uses the chocolate Atkins shake instead of chocolate milk.
It is great for breakfast or after a workout!
